Ice Glass Ashtray Kosta Boda by Bertil Vallien

A solid and beautifully made glass ashtray using the ‘ice’ style. Designed by Swedish designer, Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda (Boda-Åfors), in the late 1970s, the style epitomises that sleek mid century vibe that is still so relevant today.  It makes a beautiful piece on a coffee table, capturing the light across its textured reliefs. And also looks wonderful as a paper weight.

A real collector’s item.

Signed on the bottom with engraved text reading ‘Boda - Afors xxx 7023 B Vallien [maker mark]’
